(MBS) is a registered Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and Merchant Service Provider (MSP) of JP Morgan Chase Bank and Nova Payment Systems.  It combines the aggregate experience  and resources of several companies that have been involved in the payments industry since 1994 and is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with regional offices in California and Guam.
